Are personal checks or credit cards accepted in the park?
Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
Will I have to pay if I am not going to use the water slides and attractions?
Yes, our patrons are paying for admission into the park, not just for riding the slides.
May I exit the park, then return later on the same day?
Yes, with the proper-colored wristband, you may re-enter the park on the same day.
Is there a parking fee?
Lopez Lake Rangers station charges $10 fee (for cars) (Motorcycles are $5 and buses are $40) to enter into the County Park. This includes access to the day use areas, lake, Vista Lago, Marina, etc. Mustang Waterpark does not charge for parking on top of this fee.
What about food at the park?
We have a snack bar with everything from hot dogs, chili dogs, nachos and salads to chips, candy, ice cream, iced coffee and snow cones. Outside food or drinks, or alcoholic beverages and coolers are not permitted in the park.
What about pets? Dogs, cats, wallabys, etc.?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park. Except of course service animals.
Should I bring a life vest for my child?
Mustang Waterpark supplies life vests for children, free of charge. You may bring your own as long as it is Coast Guard approved.
Outside baby rings, water guns, pool noodles or inner tubes are not allowed.
