Are personal checks or credit cards accepted in the park?

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover cards are accepted. Please note: upon your arrival. we require you to show a valid ID and the credit card used to make your online reservations. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sorry, no personal checks!

Will I have to pay if I am not going to use the water slides and attractions?

Yes because you’ll still have a great day! Our patrons are paying for admission into the park, not just for riding the slides.

May I exit the park, then return later on the same day?

Yes, with the proper-colored wristband, you may re-enter the park on the same day.

Is there a parking fee?

Lopez Lake Rangers station charges $10 fee per vehicle and $40 fee for buses to enter into the County Park.
We do not charge for parking on top of this fee.

Lopez Lake offers a special Splash Pass to Mustang Waterpark Season Pass holders! Save money by purchasing a Splash Pass with full access day pass to Lopez Lake for only $43 for the whole summer.

Can I bring food in the park?

N to the O … that spells no.
Coolers, food, alcohol or beverages may not be brought into the waterpark, you’ll be asked to bring your food back to your car. Picnic areas are available in the campground outside our gate. Our snack bar is stocked with all the goodies we’ve previously had but we’ve added several healthier options, too! For adults 21 years+, we have a full assortment of beer, wine,  & ciders! No exceptions.

What about pets? Dogs, cats, wallabys, etc.?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park.

Should I bring a life vest for my child?

We supply life vests for children, free of charge on a first-come first-served. You may bring your own as long as it is Coast Guard approved. Outside baby rings, water guns, pool noodles or inner tubes are not allowed.

What is your refund policy?

Ticket purchases: no refunds will be given.
Tickets are valid for one day use during our summer season. They expire on Labor Day (our last open day of the year) in the year you purchased them.

Cabana rentals: fully refundable up until 7 days before the date of rental. Within a 7-day window, it is non-refundable.
